I tried to google for a ready reckoner chart of the oxygen levels available to breathe at various altitudes. Unfortunately I found none among hundreds of the relevant sites. So I went through few of those relevant sites, gained some knowledge and drafted the below chart myself. The chart is although approximate, it's 99% accurate :-)
